At Manor House (KENILWORTH) Ltd. we always want your shopping experience to be pleasant, easy and fluent.

Here are our delivery services, broken down:

  • Standard (09:00 - 18:00) Delivery is FREE for all orders over £200 (UK Mainland only)
  • All products are hand checked for quality by Manor House and extra packaging used for maximum protection
  • Orders below £200 are charged at £15 for small, couriered products, or £75 for large, palletised items
  • We also offer a paid delivery upgrade to pre 13:00 on weekdays and Saturdays. If you are purchasing a fragile item, or something with a Glass Window or Screen, we recommend upgrading to this as these goods tend to be "last on" and "first off" delivery vehicles
  • In some cases, there will be a surcharge for deliveries to remote areas, these prices are postcode based and outside of our control
  • In some cases Scottish Highlands and Islands will be P.O.A - please contact 01926 851 570 for a delivery quote

Warranty: Your Retailer will be responsible for ensuring that the installation complies with the relevant Building Regulations and the rules in force, and is carried out by a suitably trained and qualified individual (HETAS registered or Gas Safe registered in the United Kingdom or equivalent in other countries) with a certificate of installation and the appropriate commissioning report completed and retained by the end-user. These can be found within your installation and User Manual. Statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as a purchaser of products manufactured by the Stovax Heating Group Ltd. are primarily against the retailer. Traditional methods of purchase may provide more direct/additional means of communicating such rights.
